Dennis is an excellent coach. He is a good listener and draws from his past experience whilst in employment as well as past coaching advice. He is culturally sensitive and has been most accommodating of my schedules. He demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and process and would certainly recommend him for Directors and above. His advice has been useful > 90% of the time and applicable to the issues I have been facing. He does try to generate the solutions from me rather than tell me what to do and this is all good practice.
